Don't waste your money or your clothes. Ruined my shirt with their pen. I never even asked them to write my name on the shirt in the 1st place they got sloppy and got ink on the chest area

I've had no issues with them. It was my first time their for alterations and they friendly and actually had one of my dresses ready as promised the next day. She did a great job on the alteration.
