We've been honing our fermentation skills since 2002 (starting out with beer) and moved into the joys of fresh fermented foods around 2017. And officially established our business in December 2020!

We specialize in small batch fermented deliciousness. Kimchi, kraut, hot sauce, and more! Extra time and attention is given to our ingredients and process to make sure everything we release is Beloved.
