History
Joel Beckman started out training exotic animals at Moorpark College Exotic Animal Management and Training Program. He then got a job at Seaworld Orlando as a Killer Whale, he then transferred to San Diego Seaworld working with the killer whales. He met his wife who was also a trainer and they started Beckman's Dog Training. The business has grown to one of the largest full service training companies in Southern California. Joel still teaches many of the classes, does private sessions and oversees all training at the facility.

We are a positive reinforcement training company that offers an exceptional board and train, group classes all over San Diego County and private training at our Ramona Facility or in your home. We offer group classes at Kahoots Pets stores at the following locations: Ramoma, Escondido, La Mesa, Fallbrook and Solano Beach. We also offer group classes at Camp Run a Mutt doggie day care facilities in Kearny Mesa and Point Loma.
