Gateview is a tall condominium community on the west side of Albany Hill. It overlooks the Bay with breathtaking views. The community has its own homeowner's association by which it serves its residents and prospective residents with paperwork. The residential community is managed by Real Manage, and has a number of committees, such as an architectural review committee, a recreation/social committee, and a finance committee.
