The Haircutters is nestled into the first floor of the Promenade in Temecula. It is a well known hair salon that does cuts, colors and perms. It is one of the only places where you never need an appointment and rarely wait more than ten minutes before a stylist sees you. This location has around 10 chairs and two to four stylists on site depending on the day of the week.
