Bar Pintxo, located one block from the beach, is a Spanish tapas bar. Tapas is the name of a wide variety of appetizers served on little plates, and is designed to encourage conversation. The décor is old world Spanish, with touches of modern. Some outstanding little plates include bacon wrapped dates stuffed with cheese, ham with leeks, dungerness crab wrapped with salmon, and delicious fried and creamy chicken croquettes. Two dozen Spanish wines by the glass is an additional nice touch, representing wines from every region in Spain – as well as sangria. Indulge in "Six for Six" at Happy Hour, or just enjoy a good authentic Spanish paella. There's a parking lot next to the restaurant.
