BakersFIT Training Studio is dedicated to educating the community on Fitness and Nutrition. We are doing this through our very popular and successful Boot Camps. Bakersfit Training Studio Boot Camps are more then just some aerobic class or intense workout. They're a complete health & fitness program that start off with a 10 minute warm up that will include a little stretching, calisthenics, core & cardio to get your body heated up, balanced, and ready for an injury free workout. We then move on to approximately 30 minutes of Full Body Circuit Training using a variety of fitness exercise and equipment to stimulate your body for maximum results. Being that 70%-80% of your physical transformation will result from proper nutrition we offer online nutrition counseling, meal plans, and seminars. Being fit is not some gimmick or quick fix. Its a lifestyle of proper nutrition and exercise. Our studio was set up with your results in mind.
