History
Starting out as a pop-up restaurant open just three nights per week, BackDoor Bistro started small, sharing a space with a local cafe for almost a year. Over the course of this year, however, the wholistic, gourmet cuisine gained local favor and popularity - BackDoor Bistro became more and more popular. And thus, in July of 2013, they closed, re-opening October of 2013 with a restaurant of their very own.
