We fulfill this mission by providing a variety of community services and programs. Our service delivery system includes WIC supplemental nutrition programs, breastfeeding promotion and support, community education and outreach, school-based health care for teens, and referrals to resources offered by our community-based partners. Our Vision is to be a health and wellness advocate and source of support for a community that believes in health and wellbeing for all its members. We envision an informed, proactive community where individuals and families have access to quality health services and wellness programs.
