I've been a sales professional my entire life and started in the mortgage industry in 1998. Having worked on all sides of the business - wholesale, retail and processing - has helped me appreciate the many facets entailed with getting a loan to successfully close for all parties involved. Accountability is key in the mortgage industry and I have high expectations and standards not only for myself but my team as well. I also understand that flexibility goes a long way when dealing with the complexities of a loan transaction as well as the many personalities involved.
