Our primary objective is to service our customers. But as with most tow companies we do private party impounds in which a vehicle has been towed and stored for being illegally parked. No matter what the situation the customers are not happy and many will speak negatively of the tow company involved. I can tell you that we at Angels Touch follow the laws regarding such tows. And ask that you please disregard negative comments that are left by these disgruntled patrons as they are angry for being caught parking in disabled parking, firelanes, etc. We do not authorize these tows we are just doing our job.
