History
Andrew started his real estate career in 2003 as a CA Licensed Real Estate Appraiser working throughout Southern California. During his career as an appraiser, Andrew appraised 1000's of homes and income properties. In 2011, Andrew earned his Real Estate Broker's License and started working with Christine Donovan and Steve Blatt of DonovanBlatt Realty. Shortly after, Andrew noticed a lack of real estate agents in the local market area that understood residential (1-4 units)investment/income property values and how to market them for sale. Utilizing his background in Appraisal, Andrew focused his business on this specialized area. In 2014 he created 1234doors.com to market his client's properties and help new investors learn how to analyze residential investment property prior to purchase. Andrew works every day to help sellers get top dollar for their rental buildings and find the best opportunities for new and experienced investors interested in adding to their portfolio.
Specialties
As a Real Estate Broker and former RE Appraiser I've found that my ability to communicate the value of a real estate investment is key to helping individual investors make well informed decisions about their portfolio. I've worked with first time investors looking for their first cash flow property to long time investors with millions in assets, 1031 clients, trusts, and families that are looking for alternative housing ideas. The single family home with a white picket fence is still the American dream, but a small apartment building that provides additional income and an attractive retirement payoff is the new American retirement fund.
