Our founder, Marissa Gilford, was a caregiver for a bedridden family member in her home for 11 years. She understood the challenges and rewards. Through her experience, American All Care Services was born to express her passion for helping others. American All Care Services is a family owned business so the attention is individualized and personalized. We have made a commitment to care for our clients in the comfort of their own home, hospital or other residential care facilities. We have an experienced staff of nurses and caregivers through out the Los Angeles area. We are also growing into the Orange County region as well.
