History
Stephanie Foley graduated from Humboldt State in 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology and Business. After which she underwent a 3 month internship at San Francisco's top personal training gym DIAKADI. While working at the largest body building gym in San Francisco, Fitness SF Soma, she acquired several certifications in Spartan obstacle course training, Olympic Weightlifting, and TRX body weight training. She added power lifting into her skills during her 3 years of training at Power Form gym in Oakland ca. In January 2019, Stephanie took her business 100% solo and named it Allday.fit working primarily out of Fit Club SF by Kelly's Cove Beach. In 2019 she became a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. It's my goal now to expand my in-home, virtual & outdoor services to the Mill Valley Community!!

I hold many nationally recognized certifications such as; Kinesiology BS, Exercise Physiologist Cert, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Spartan SGX Coach, Exercise Nutrition Cert, and TRX Cert.
