History

Established by Michael Flynn, Shihan (Master Instructor) who is the founder of Scottish and Borders Birankai and Thistle Aikikai. The dojo is now run by Flynn Shihans eldest son Mitsu Nobusada-Flynn, who is certified to teach by Birankai North America and is the chief instructor.
