HistoryI began studying martial arts as a kid. After obtaining my black belt in karate, I began studying Thai massage, deep tissue, and traditional Swedish massage. From there, I have studied gua sha, Ayurvedic Shirodhara (calming oil therapy which relieves insomnia, stress, and headaches), and further practices to help my clients enter a place of sanctuary in a life that may be stressful.SpecialtiesMy specialty is offering individualized massage therapy services to conform to clients' unique physical and emotional health goals. I have worked with every type of client and determine my therapy based on their expressed needs. I have served everyone: Professional athletes, stay-at-home moms, clients who work long hours on farms.
