History

We started in July 2010 in Cypress and we opened our La Habra gym in March of 2013. We opened as Fit Body Boot Camp and rebranded to 1 Fit in April 2019. We believe that we only have one life and one body to enjoy our lives to the fullest we need to make sure we are taking care of our body. To be strong enough, to have enough energy, to have enough stamina and endurance to enjoy life at the fullest.
