As the construction manager, SSi is responsible for safety, job inspection, payment to sub-contractors and suppliers, field scheduling, cost controls, value engineering, project records, progress reports to the owner and administration of construction contracts. The company s pre-construction services include evaluations for the construction site, performance scheduling and building code review. Post-construction services, including replacements and repairs not related to normal maintenance wear and tear, are generally provided for one year. SSi has two regional offices that serve the southeastern region of the United States.
