Established in 1964, the Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System, also known as SEABHS, is a private, nonprofit, community mental health center. It serves the counties of Cleveland, Grant, Jefferson and Lincoln in Arkansas. The center offers services to more than 142,000 people. The Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System is certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It is a member of the Mental Health Council of Arkansas. The center offers a range of psychiatric, crisis intervention, marriage, drug and family counseling services. It also treats panic and attention deficit disorders. Additionally, the Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System administers a psychological rehabilitation program.
