Flemming grew up very familiar with the real estate industry & housing market having worked several years for his father, who owned his own residential construction & property management company. Throughout Flemming's career, he has moved several times and lived in many states, so he understands his client's concerns and has personally felt the financial & emotional stress that goes into making a big, life-changing decision like buying or selling a home. Flemming's goal is to make the entire process easier for his clients -- he handles the details so they don't need to worry; he works with trusted & recommended lenders, inspectors, title companies and contractors to meet his client's needs; he patiently answers all questions and anticipates & resolves potential issues before they become problems.
