The Islamic Center of Northwest Arkansas (ICNWA) has been serving the diverse Muslim community in Fayetteville and the surrounding areas since 1994. With the objective of providing a place for Muslims to offer daily prayers and engage in religious affairs, ICNWA also strives to strengthen bonds within the community, promote interfaith relationships, and spread the message of Islam through cultural and educational activities.
ICNWA runs an Islamic School that offers Arabic, Islamic Studies, and Quran classes for both children and adults, while also holding weekly adult classes to discuss various Islamic topics. The center holds daily prayers, including the Friday congregational prayer, as well as Taraweeh prayers during Ramadan and Eid prayers. Community service is a priority for ICNWA, with its members actively participating in various charitable and humanitarian efforts.
