The Clinton Presidential Center, located on the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock, Arkansas, is full of educational and fun experiences for every member of the family. The center is best known for the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, which displays permanent exhibits related to the Clinton presidency as well as traveling exhibits related to various aspects of art, science and history.
Best and Worst Time to Go to the Clinton Presidential Center

During the months of August through May, void arriving weekday mornings at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 and weekday afternoon at 1:30 to avoid the arrival of student tours. The center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Parking is difficult on Memorial Day Weekend due to Riverfest traffic.

Admission to the Clinton Presidential Center
Admission to the Clinton Presidential Center's William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum is free on Presidents' Day, Independence Day, the Saturday before Clinton's Aug. 19 birthday or the Saturday before the center's anniversary on Nov. 18. Retired and active duty military members and their families are offered free admission on Veterans' Day. On other days, college students with I.D., children and senior citizens get a reduced admission fee. School groups are admitted free but must be scheduled in advance.
Parking and Public Transportation at the Clinton Presidential Center
Museum parking is free and spaces are available for buses and recreational vehicles. Central Arkansas Transit buses offer routes to the center for a nominal fee.
Food at the Clinton Presidential Center
Forty Two is a restaurant located on-site and is open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The restaurant focuses on a farm-to-table environment, using locally-grown produce.

You do not have to pay admission to eat at Forty Two. All Presidential Library membership cards are honored.
