Established in 1938, Clay County Electric Cooperative provides utility services to its members across the northeast Arkansas. Based in Corning, Ark., the cooperative offers a range of electric products, such as water heaters, florescent lights, security lights and electric grills. With an approximately 2,600 miles of electrical distribution line, the group carries a full line of residential-surge protection products. Its service area includes Clay, Greene, Randolph, Butler, Ripley and Oregon. Clay County Electric Cooperative is a member of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
