Winters Quarters Water-N-Ice is an old fashioned themed water and ice store that has water, ice, over 20 flavors of THRIFTY ice cream, a new hot food section that has hot dogs, BBQ, and pretzels. We also have a selection of candy and sodas. We have board games and a shooting gallery. Bring your family over, get some ice cream or a hot lunch or dinner and stay and play some board games, shuffle board or challenge each other to see who is the best shot.
