Abandoned Koi pond left with 3 feet foot in ground. Mosquito infestation, collects water from leaky pipes and irrigation system.

Mosquito bites on ankle 2nd day of occupancy. Sylvia Thieste stated insect abatement my problem. Due to abandoned fountains.

Holes in outside stucco, rat infestation. Sylvia Thieste and West USA Realty advised me this was my responsibility.

Another fire hazard, indoor wiring used outside to power lighting. Handyman removed, stated fire hazard.

This was outside box of indoor extension cords, hoses, exposed wiring, and duct tape. Handyman sent by Sylvia Thieste said it was a fire hzd
