We stop here each time I am driving from/to Austin/L.A. They have tacos, shrimp ceviche tostadas, Tortas, chimichangas, sopes, gorditas, even breakfast dishes such as chilaquiles.

Got carne asada nachos, they're where kind of stingy with the meat portion, but it's true grilled beef not boiled unlike other fast food places. They do have tripas which is rare for Mexican style...
