25% of my weight today. I get to do this three times a week! I am so happy I actually walked correct for the first time in 3 years.

Dry needling has really helped me. Minor pain. Feels like small needles but not a shot as the drug is usually more painful than the needle.

Anti-gravity is THE way to go when you have an injury. I cut my foot off and 8 surgeries later this is THE best physical therapy I've had!
