Trained by internationally known Pilates Master, Marie Jose Blom, at Long Beach Dance Conditioning, my innovative and contemporary approach will help you meet all your wellness and fitness goals, from rehabbing after injury, injury prevention, corrective exercises, increasing strength, flexibility, endurance, improved posture and alleviation of pain. Private lessons are the tried and true way of learning The Method correctly, and gaining the most from it.
