This is what Split Ends Salon in Phoenix does when you say you don't want face framing layers. They give you a full on mullet.

This is not the low-maintenance color job I asked for. It looks trashy.

Fried ends. Had to get them cut off to above my ears. I was trying to grow my hair out...

Spent $130 for highlights and this is how it turned out...patchy and awful.
