HistorySince we started in 2015 five40 Remodeling has grown from a small local handyman service to a full service Residential and Commercial remodeling company. We offer general contractor services, residential and commercial consultation services, contractor assistance, and investment property turnover. My background in carpentry was developed while working from various companies in Northern VA and the Washington DC area. Upon moving to AZ in 2007 I decided that I was looking to make a career change and graduate from foreman and lead man to owner/employer. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 and went back east for 1 year to assist in the oversight of a joint venture between the US Parks Dept, the state of VA, and the US Army to rehabilitate Ft.
