Look at the Schluter corners. Querobabi doesn't own a miter saw to make professional 45 degree angled joints? Looks awful.

Schluter trim should go all the way to the floor. Instead, grout is slathered on. And this is how "clean" it was left.

The allowable lippage per the ROC published Workmanship standards and the Natural Stone Institute is 1/32" lippage (0.03125")-this is 0.055
