The National Council for Prescription Drug Programs, also known as NCPDP, is a nonprofit standards development organization. It has more than 1,500 members from various sectors of the pharmacy services industry. The organization creates and promotes standards for the transfer of data to and from the pharmacy services sector of the health care industry.
