This is what I think they sent me. Not what I ordered! No one will help. Final sale! Can't review product online either.

This is what I ordered, from email they sent. But it's missing the middle support bar. False advertising, misrepresentation. Liars.

Bed about to fall through with no support bar in the middle. Planned to use a piece of wood underneath but can't without middle support.
