Paulene Jean-Baptiste, NP
Paulene Jean-Baptiste is extensively trained as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Serenity Mental Health Centers. She joined Serenity in January of 2022. Paulene employs a patient-centered approach that is collaborative between herself and her patients and is built on mutual trust and understanding. Paulene earned her associate degree in nursing from Suffolk County Community College in 2008. She then went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2020. Most recently, she has been awarded her PMHNP certificate from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Paulene has a gift for compassion and understanding, which is why caring for others brings her so much satisfaction. With many people close to her dealing with mental illness she has dedicated her life to the help and lifting of others. Paulene offers medication management, ketamine therapy, TMS, and many other therapy options that are specialized to each of her patients. When she is away from work Paulene enjoys vacations with her three daughters, husband, and dog.
