Rick Macosky acquired his Real Estate License in 1994 and worked as a Residential Loan Officer until 2000. Rick started working for West USA Realty in 1999. Prior to 1994 Rick was a home builder for 12 years. Between Real Estate, Building, and Mortgage Lending, Rick has over 30 years of combined experience in the Housing industry. Rick's business partner Oscar Acuna is a Veteran of The US Army and has been a licensed Realtor for several years.
