Flagstaff Unified School District provides educational services for more than 11,000 students in prekindergarten through grade 12. The district includes elementary, middle and high school divisions that offer a wide range of scholastic programs and athletic and academic competitions. Its core curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, English, social studies and foreign languages. Its high school offers various professional courses in agriscience, business education, industrial technology and computers. In addition, its schools offer art, music and various sports, such as football, basketball, tennis, golf, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. The district houses a cafeteria, library and media center, and science and computer laboratories. Flagstaff Unified School District was founded in 1883 and is located in Flagstaff, Ariz.
