Meet Emmett and Ursula McLoughlin Engaged in business in Kazakhstan since 1990, Emmett and Ursula McLoughlin were members of the first "Trade Mission" from the United States to Kazakhstan under the auspices of the Alma-Ata / Tucson Sister City Committee. Emmett McLoughlin Realty, Inc is working as an agent for the Arizona Kazakhstan Development Group, with the intent of specializing in commercial real estate activities in Kazakhstan. Emmett McLoughlin has been continuously licensed as a real estate broker in Arizona USA since 1976. His experience and special emphasis has been on the sale and development of land; industrial buildings; small office complexes and shopping centers. The Arizona Kazakhstan Development Group is an Arizona corporation, comprised of US citizens, which is seeking good investment opportunities in the booming Kazakhstani economy. They intend to work with Kazakhstani partners in developing hotels, refrigerated warehouses and German Technology Centers in Almaty and Astana. Ursula McLoughlin, a real estate licensee of Emmett McLoughlin Realty, Inc, specializes in hotel and restaurant design and operations and has been very active through her own Arizona corporation, Corona Hospitality, Inc, in the hospitality field of Kazakhstan. She helped provision and operate the Hotel Dostyk in Almaty for the business office of President Nazarbayev from 1991 through 1996.
