History

Founded in 1989 by the President, Mr. Vern Crow, Dominion operates with a team that consists of more than twenty full-time staff members. The Corporate office is located in North Central Phoenix and operates as the central hub for all environmental programs. Dominion also maintains full time consulting offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Denver, Colorado.
