The defendant will, in most cases, deals with the Bureau of Immigration and Custom Enforcment. Federal Bonds Similar to Criminal Bail Bonds, Federal Bail Bonds deal with federal court cases in which a defendant is dealing with a crime/court case which falls under the federal court jurisdiction. Most crimes fall under the very broad jurisdiction of state courts. Crimes such as robbery, assault, traffic violations, Etc. Fall under the jurisdiction of state courts. Crimes which involve the United States as a party, or cases in which federal laws in violation of the U.S. constitution are committed, fall under federal court's jurisdiction.
