HistoryJay Wisniewski founded Caffe Boa in 1992 with a small, funky, 30 seat Caffe on MIll Avenue. They are still located on Mill avenue, across the street in the historic Casa Loma building with orginal brick and beautiful hardwood flooring. In the last few years, the menu has changed to present local, seasonal, all natural ingredients. The flavors truly shine now better than ever with most everything made in house, from scratch.
