The Chino Valley Town Hall houses several offices of the town government of Chino Valley, Ariz. Among these offices is that of the town clerk. The town clerk s office is responsible for issuing business licenses; management of official records; maintenance of the town code, zoning code and subdivision code; preparation of the town council s agendas, agenda packets, minutes and meetings; processing ordinances and resolutions; administering elections; processing liquor licenses; issuing vendor licenses for special events; issuing parking permits; and fielding requests for public information. The town hall also houses the finance department and the planning and zoning commission. In addition, it hosts meetings of the town council, which consists of the town s mayor, vice mayor and several council members.
