The Charles E. Gillman Company has been involved with the manufacture of wiring systems and cable assemblies for tactical military vehicles for more than 40 years. The company has manufactured prototype and production harnesses for numerous military vehicles, including M-51 jeeps, M-60 tanks, military and commercial trailers, armored personnel carriers, Howitzers and BFIST vehicles. Its harnesses are manufactured using different styles of processes, including tape wrap, braided, heat shrinkable or laced. The assemblies may be potted or molded as required. Every ground vehicle used in operation Desert Storm/Shield was wired by the Charles E. Gillman Company. The company was established in 1956 and is located in Rio Rico, Ariz. It also has a manufacturing facility in Nogales, Mexico.
