History

Phoenix Rescue Mission has been serving the homeless and hurting of Phoenix since 1952. In 2012, they opened the Changing Lives Center for Women and Children to provide a safe place for 180 women and children who have experienced homelessness, abuse, or neglect and are ready to construct a new life.
