History
Bijou Creek Design Works LLC is owned and operated by Ron and Mary Ann Shuman. The company name, pronounced BEE-ZHUE, harks back to the river running through the Shuman family ranch on the eastern plains of Colorado, where Ron and Mary Ann began their family. The business, initially named Sonoran Trappings, actually began in 2001, with a commercial embroidery machine, after Mary Ann resigned from a satisfying but time-intensive career in order to devote more time to the needs of elderly parents. Since then we have upgraded to a state-of-the-art Amaya embroidery machine and added an Epilog 45 watt laser engraving machine, an Epson 4880 printer and Geo. Knight K206 heat press to our production shop. It is our desire to continue to be a 'One Stop Shop' to meet the personalized and promotional product needs of small to medium businesses, while building a niche market in unique creative decor elements, such as tile murals and one-of-a-kind decor items.
