This is an update to my previous review - Mike ended up answering his phone (called off a different phone) and he came up and identified that a fuse was blown. he took care of the problem.

Still waiting to be contacted for a problem. Mike said he was going to be on his way 3 times - never showed. So much for my 1 year warranty....would recommend staying far away. Spa works...
