AV Doctors was created by Alan Dodds after years of experience in the custom electronics design and installation industry. Fully licensed, bonded and insured for both commercial and residential work, AV Doctors's projects have ranged from entertainment system upgrades and updates, troubleshooting and fixes, to larger subcontracting projects such as $20M home in Paradise Valley. Our client base has been mainly growing through word-of-mouth, as our focus is always to find the perfect solutions for each client project and budget. Alan Dodds has worked for companies like Sound Advice, Tweeter and Showcase Home Entertainment as well as small integration companies. He is personally and closely involved in all of AV doctors' projects. He has a background in Film and Television (NYU) and has been trained by the Imaging Science Foundation and the Home Acoustics Alliance, as well as a number of industry leading companies.
