No one would have suspected, in 1982, when we were working together at Coe & Van Loo Consulting Engineers, Inc that we would shortly all go our separate ways for nearly 10 years. This time, however, in a manner that uniquely combines all the mature and diverse talents that are required for the successful operation of an efficient professional services organization.
