Maintenance still has not cleaned kid's sidewalk chalk "art" for 3 weeks or so.

We moved out and were credited $99 dollars for security deposit. See my other picture where we paid $895 security deposit.

My final bill for 2 days in May showing they double charge for "cleaning" and "trash removal". Two "water" charges, too (one on 5/1 & 5/2)
