History
Arizona Microgreens was founded by two brothers born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. The company started out of a small greenhouse designed and built by Joseph and David off the main road in Cave Creek. In 2014, Arizona Microgreens outgrew its original facility and relocated to Phoenix with expanded operations inside of the Brooks Community School greenhouse. This partnership allows Arizona Microgreens to demonstrate sustainable agriculture and social entrepreneurship in a socially-integrated, project-based learning environment. Arizona Microgreens utilizes a section the Community School greenhouse facility for the production of organic produce and coordination of related community health, wellness, and sustainability programs in collaboration with the Community School and supporting partners.
