Anthem Tai Chi provides a comprehensive introduction to using the tai chi philosophy to better manage your day to day stress. Designed for beginners or intermediate level students, this Mind/Body class will teach you how to calm and center yourself, and rejuvenate from the stress of the day, helping you prevent numerous stress-related illnesses.

Tai Chi - Level 1 Tuesday & Thursday 8AM to 9AM Over a 12-week course, you will learn the first set of movements as you improve your ability and understanding of the principles of Yang Style Tai Chi. The first set is a complete introduction to the practice of Tai Chi. Class begins with a series of warm-up exercises and light stretching. Clothing should be comfortable, and loose-fitting. Shoes should feel light, comfortable and have a thin flat sole. Tai Chi - Levels 2 & 3 Monday & Wednesday 8AM to 9AM The class is devoted to improvement of the basic stances and fundamentals, and increasing breath control and focused concentration as you learn the rest of the entire 108 part form. This class is open to students who have studied most or all of the first set. This combination of physical and mental activity works to harmonize the body,mind and spirit to promote a feeling of well being.
